Served as an apprentice in manufacturing at a company specialising in motorsport engines, progressing through to project management over a 10 year period. In 2023, James took over the day to day running and management of the foundry. Away from here, as well as spending time with his young family, James can often be found with his head under the bonnet of his Classic Ford Escort.

Bruce is a time served foundryman with 40 years in the industry. All of his experience has been gained at Harling Foundries whom he joined in 1985! He is an expert in developing runners, with great old school understanding of metal flow. A dedicated family man, Bruce enjoys spending many weekends with his son and grand children.
